Silver Lining

The main attraction on this panel are antique, hand blown silver lined beads. They are also known as "mercury beads" and were often used in the making of Christmas tree garlands. Their inside is hollow, which makes them somewhat delicate, but they are highly collectible today.

Let this panel carry a special, encouraging message to bring hope:

A "silver lining" means finding the positive side in any of life's facets. If nothing else, you can at least take away a valuable lesson in an otherwise less-than-perfect situation. Remember the silver lining that coats almost every aspect of life and keep up that smile!
