For the Elephants

This section of the Neverending Necklace was made using vegetable ivory beads. This material is also known by the name of Tagua nut, which resembles ivory in color and workability. Most beads used here were dyed, and they display a vivid spectrum of colors.

"For the Elephants" was created to bring attention to the needless slaughter of these beautiful animals. Still today, many of these creatures are being hunted and killed for their tusks, with their carcasses being left to rot.

Help prevent this tragedy by not purchasing ivory but instead turn towards items made from these amazing Tagua nuts!

Peaceful living also means to be aware of the plight of so many animals. Help them stay alive and live in dignity in their natural habitats.

As soon as the beads on this panel are dedicated, you can see the dedications in the journal.
