South Florida Tour Kick Off

To start the Florida "Season" in style, we're having a reception on November 15 and 16 at The Art Of Life Gallery here in Wellington.

As you may know, the Neverending Necklace has become an eye popping object which is nearly 70 feet long when all the sections are connected and displayed together. So naturally there are very few opportunities to show off all its panels and beads for the lack of exhibit space.

Dave Friedman, the owner of The Art Of Life, has graciously agreed to host the Neverending Necklace in his fabulous gallery and frame shop, and he thinks that this "Vernissage" will be an exciting event for his gallery as well as for the Neverending Necklace. We promise that it will be for sure, with delicious catered food and wine and a stunning loooong necklace to admire.

This will be the very first exhibit in a series in South Florida where you can see the entire project with more locations to come soon. Make a list of friends and family so you can dedicate beads at any of these events.

Watch for announcements in your local newspapers, - we'll see you there!

Launching Fundraisers for Schools

After spending all summer developing and finalizing the program for schools, we now can offer the most meaningful fundraiser not only for schools, but for any group or organization needing a source for backup money.

But to stay with the schools - we have begun approaching learning institutions in Palm Beach County, the Beta test so to speak, and already there are schools who have scheduled a fundraiser with the Neverending Necklace.

If your school age kid comes home with a flyer, make sure you read it thoroughly because this means you will be able to create a lifelong memory for your children. The beads that were dedicated through your kid's school will have a separate page. So even years from now, everybody can point out the exact page to see their bead and remember this school activity and the persons they dedicate their beads to.

Be sure to check out the new "Schools" section on this site, you will find more information as we are adding it frequently, and you can share Kid's activities on the "Fun Stuff" pages.

Learning is the ultimate purpose in life, let's support those who teach our children in any way we can.

Hangout for Artistic Talent

What will we come up with next? We are proud to introduce exclusive art on t-shirts that we are offering as fundraising merchandise. Accomplished artists are designing unique images for our fundraisers in schools and elsewhere. Our goal is to bring together a series of outstanding people who can share their gift for visual art with you by creating the coolest Ts anywhere.

You will be able to get new designs frequently, and you can find these only here. It is a perfect collaboration between the artists, the Neverending Necklace and the schools to make these available for you.

The first talent who joined this ambitious project is New York artist Junior Mclean, who with his digital art is well established, awe inspiring and fascinating.

New website for the Neverending Necklace in India

Financial worries are worldwide, but so is the Neverending Necklace.

Thanks to Saloman Jeldi - our Ambassador in India - the Neverending Necklace has its own beautiful site exclusively for that country. We are expecting many dedications to come from India and as a result a measurable financial help to the Strides Society.

Pure Thoughts Horse Rescue joins list of recipients

As a well established and recognized organization to help rescue horses from a painful and inhumane death, Pure Thoughts Horse Rescue has become a leading charity among our Equestrian Community.

Two young people - Jennifer Swanson and Bradley Gaver - have made it their goal to save many horses from a cruel destiny. They founded PTHR with much compassion, and they already have brought new life to countless animals, sparing them the worst destiny.

Finally!

After a long dragged out six months, the newest panel just joined the Neverending Necklace. Several panels were started after this one, but these have been finished a long time ago and the "construction" process of "Millionaire's Row" sure was a lengthy one.

This panel was resisting all efforts to make it into the most beautiful one so far. Each little piece of jewelry bore its own challenges to be strung onto the Neverending Necklace, so many more hours of work went into it than anticipated. But we think it was worth the effort - do you?
