An early bird waiting as the band sets up

This time the Project's table was plain, simple and very portable...

Some of the beads that Jutta donated to the Project. Thank you very much!

Today was the first day with a respite from Florida's humidity and heat, so many took the chance and came out to the weekly festival.

And magical it was: from the beautiful Jazz music (YES we are family!!) to my little helper Camille, it was really smooth sailing for the Love & Peace Project. Even Mack came and said hello, so did Bill, Steve with Nick and Camille, Cathy, Don and his charge, and Harold who helped me take down the display. And thank you to Larry and Mark who always make sure we vendors have everything we need. You guys are awesome!

But then came the unexpected: Out of the blue came Jutta who had previously dedicated beads on the Project, and she was schlepping along a huge lot of beads that she gave to be used in the Project. What a surprise!

It really couldn't have come at a better time, I am getting ready to distribute more bead baskets in stores in this area, and it does take large amounts of beads. I am really grateful whenever people donate unneeded beads, because that helps tremendously.

Thank you so very much, Jutta!

Unfortunately, next weekend will by the only one for the Project in October, because I have many more plans and not yet enough help to have a table at more than one event on the same day. But it'll change soon I hope.

Please keep posted on the Calendar to see when I'll be scheduling for more Friday nights in Lake Worth.
