An incredibly talented artist and his work from the D'Amico Group

It seems that once you go visit "Evening on the Avenues", you can never have enough of it. There are so many aspects why this is such a successful community event.

Typically, the crowd really comes out at about eight o'clock and the festival gets going strongly. By then, the musicians have warmed up and everyone has had some food and is in a pleasant mood.

It is particularly enjoyable to see many visitors again and I am always happy when they stop by for a little chat.

Everybody liked the music, it was a great variety from the band "VIVA". They started out with hits from the 50s and then worked their way through classic rock. What a wide spectrum and repertoire!

But my warmest Thank You for yesterday goes to VIVA for dedicating Pete Seegers "Turn turn turn" to Veterans and the Troops in Iraq. Thank you for thinking about our soldiers.

I know I am really looking forward to next Friday. Come and see the Love & Peace Project and introduce yourself and dedicate some beads. It is wonderful to talk to you!
