A Feast of Rocks, Gems, Minerals,
Fossils and BeadsCan you believe that
this was the 45th Annual Show for this busy South Florida Club?
The Gem and Mineral Society of the Palm Beaches
has been organizing the annual show for a long time, so it's no
surprise that it has become a well-run and organized event.
Thanks to Barbara Ringhiser, Jeff Ursillo, Jen
Ursillo, Mary Barrenechea, Ellen Jean and countless club member
volunteers, this spectacle is successful and enjoyable for everybody
involved.
And it's also been ten years since the Neverending
Necklace was a part of this fantastic show for the first time.
302 beads were dedicated during this event!
Of course it's great to see familiar people coming
to visit the Neverending Necklace booth, but it is also a pleasure to
have met so many "new" people who dedicated beads.
A special "Thank You" to
Jen Ursillo, who donated
her first hand made and very charming glass beads to the necklace - a
meaningful gesture indeed.
In the same fashion it was very nice to see
Courtney
Tavares who had previously donated beads to the project and who
donated more of her beautiful creations.
